Payment

Payments are due at time of cleaning service. If you are not going to be home at the time of cleaning service, we prefer a check which can be left for our employees or you may leave a Mastercard/ Visa number with our office manager.

Issues/concerns about the service provided

Naturally Clean Homes, will leave a check off sheet which will summarize the cleaning services provided that day and if they encountered any problems while cleaning the home. If you have any questions please phone our office immediately so we can address your concerns.
